Auskunft wg. Wohnriester
Heute bin ich mit Frau Baum in Kontakt gekommen, die mich nicht nur sehr schnell nach meiner Kontaktaufnahme angerufen hat, sondern auch mir ausführlich Auskunft zum Thema Wohnriester gegeben hat. Die Auskünfte waren allesamt verständlich und plausibel. Die Informationen waren schon jetzt sehr hilfreich.

Ich wollte einen Preis für den qm eines Grundstückes erfahren.

Die vermittelte Maklerin war zwar grundsätzlich kompetent, hat aber nicht die versprochene Wertermittlung der Immobilie durchgeführt. Das wollte Sie nur gegen 500€+MwSt. oder gegen Alleinvermittlerauftrag mit den vollen gesetzlich möglichen Gebühren (3%+MwSt.), da der Aufwand für eine Wertermittlung zu hoch sei um nichts dafür zu bekommen...
Sorry, aber solche Makler brauche ich nicht vermittelt, sowas finde ich auch ohne Hilfe.
Habe inzwischen selber jemanden gefunden der das Wort "Kundenservice" kennt.
Ein extra Punkt für ein paar hilfreiche Hinweise der Maklerin während des Gesprächs.

Frau Elie konnte auf die Fragen zur Unterstützung (Makler-Liste zur Empfehlung nach Angaben zu Objekt bzw. Information zu speziellen Maklern der Region) klare Antworten geben. Ebenso hat sie zur Finanzierungsgrundlage von Immoverkauf24 eine deutliche Information gegeben. Die Angebote mögliche spätere Finanzierungen eines neuen Objekts zu erstellen bzw. zu prüfen waren nicht aufdringlich.
