Sehr kundenfreundliche Auftragsbearbeitung
Die Auftragsbearbeitung für einen Spezialartikel erfolgte sehr zeitnah. Es ist nicht mehr selbstverständlich, dass einer Institution der Kauf auf Rechnung völlig unproblematisch ermöglicht wird.

man wird sofort "bearbeitet". und das kurz vor weihnachten. der persönlichen ansprechpartner ist sowohl telefonisch, als auch per mail gut erreichbar. probleme werden schnell gelöst. lieferung auf wunsch per express - hat toll geklappt.
herr chudinov berät aus meiner sicht, kompetend. ich kann diese firma nur weiter empfehlen!!

Paket kam sehr spät, lag aber an DHL.
Nach kurzer Erläuterung der Situation und dass das Paket noch nicht eingetroffen war, wurde sofort ein zweites losgeschickt. Sehr unkompliziert und entgegenkommend.
Sehr guter Kundenservice! Angefragtes Datenblatt wurde mir per Email zugesandt.

Nicht lagernde Artikel per Expressversand bestellt

Ich habe einen ECO-Verdampfer, der nicht auf Lager war per Expressversand bestellt und hab's nach drei Tagen bekommen. Die Beratung vom Kältetechniker war auch ein­wand­frei, werde Sie weiterempfehlen.

Schneller Versand, schnelle Bearbeitung
Hallo,
hab ein Thermostat für meinen Kühlschrank bestellt, konnte diesen aber nicht einbauen da die Anzahl der Kontakte nicht gepasst hat. Nach der Reklamation habe den richtigen Thermostat auch erhalten und montiert.
