Vorbildliche Auftragsabwicklung !
kfzparts24.de hat nur innerhalb eines Tages einen Heckträger aus dem Süden Deutschlands nach NRW gebracht. Gegen Mittag hatte ich diesen bestellt und am Mittag des darauffolgenden Tages konnte ich das Paket bereits in den „Händen“ halten.
Hier natürlich auch ein dickes Lob an DHL und den DHL-Zusteller, der das Paket eigenständig (1,4 Meter Länge & 24 kg) zur Tür gebracht hatte.
So macht man den Kunden glücklich 😊
Vielen, vielen Dank noch einmal an das gesamte kfzparts24-Team. Macht weiter so 👍🏻 👏🏻

Aus meiner Sicht ein ehrlicher und schnell agierender Geschäftspartner.
Das Versprechen versandbereit zu sein wurde nicht nur eingehalten, sondern dadurch gedopt das der erste Hinweis zu meiner Bestellung bereits vom Paketservice stammte.
Der Radträger selber ist auch in Ordnung, aber da habe ich sowieso gewußt welches Modell ich will. Die Versandkosten empfand ich als sehr fair, da wurde sicher kein Cent aufgeschlagen. Also, ein Top Verkäufer und gerne wieder.

Sehr schnelle Bearbeitung und Lieferung
Der bestellte Fahrradträger von Thule wurde sehr schnell geliefert.
Die Verpackung war gut und auch nicht beschädigt.
Der Zusammenbau ist mit der Beschreibung sehr leicht zu schaffen.
Einziger Wermutstropfen, es fehlten die Nummernschild - Halterungsklipse.
Darum nur 4 Sterne

Leider bin ich mit der Lieferung durch GLS nicht zufrieden.Ich hatte eine Abstellgenehmig erteilt,aber GLS hat das einfach ignoriert und dass Paket einfach für jeden Sichtbar vor die Haustür gestellt aber vielleicht können die ja auch nicht lesen
