Guter Service, gute Information
Über die Betreuung und den Versuch, die passende Reise zu finden, haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Das einzige Wehmutströpfchen ist, dass man direkt bei AIDA bezahlen muss und diese für fast alle Zahlarten Aufschläge kassieren.

Gute Beratung und Betreuung
Der Service per Telefon ist ausgezeichnet und auch die Beratung ist hervorragend. Man wird auch zurückgerufen, obwohl die Zeiten der Erreichbarkeit schon sehr kundenfreundlich sind. Wir haben schon einige Kreuzfahrten bei diesem Reisebüro gebucht und waren immer sehr zufrieden.
