Funktioniert einfach und gut.
Die Zusammenarbeit mit lohndirekt funktioniert unkompliziert, aber so strukturiert und dokumentiert, wie es diesem sensiblen Thema angemessen ist.
Zudem führt die Auslagerung der Gehaltsabrechnung bei uns dazu, dass wir uns mit den für uns wesentlichen Personalthemen befassen können.

Gehaltsabrechnung endlich ohne Stress
Bevor ich Kunde bei lohndirekt geworden bin, habe ich die Gehaltsabrechnung meiner Mitarbeiterin über einen Onlineanbieter selbst erstellt. Hier hatte ich allerdings keinen Ansprechpartner und musste alles selbst eingeben. Meine Fehler machten sich letztlich negativ bei meiner Betriebsprüfung im Jahr 2012 bemerkbar. Ich musste einiges nachzahlen.

Mit lohndirekt und meiner persönlichen Lohnbuchhalterin Frau S. werde ich bei der nächsten Betriebsprüfung sicherlich nicht so alt aussehen! Die Datenübergabe war einfach, schnell und der Start letztlich kein Problem. Ich wurde von Anfang an super unterstützt.
