Klare Preisstruktur, 1a Service
Wie schon vom Vorredner erwähnt keine versteckte Kosten, dazu kommt dass die Preise deutlich günstiger sind als die der Konkurrenz und die umfangreichen Handelsmöglichkeiten. Das Beste ist der ausgezeichnete (kostenlose!) Kundenservice. Die Mitarbeiter konnten bisher bei wirklich jedem Problem kompetent helfen, dazu kommen, ebenfalls kostenlose, Webinare. Bin sehr zufrieden!

Super Service
Ich bin seit fast 2 Jahren Kunde bei LYNX und mehr als zufrieden. Die Handelsplattform ist sehr professionell und umfangreich. Damit bringt das Traden wirklich Spaß. Der Kundenservice hat mir bisher jede Frage beantworten können und sich sogar die Zeit genommen mir über das Programm TeamViewer zusätzliche Tricks und Kniffe in der Plattform direkt bei mir auf dem PC zu zeigen.

Bei den Günstigen Preisen hätte ich so viel Service nicht erwartet. Besonders die Webinare sind ein Geheimtipp.

leider ist das angebot für zertifikate noch schlecht. der aktienhandel is aber klasse
gerne möchte ich euch ein paar worte schreiben. ich bin zwar 3 jahre lynx kunde, und überwiegend auch zufrieden, doch leider bietet ihr noch zu wenig zertifikate an. ich hoffe ja das ihr das angebot da noch verbessert

keine versteckten Kosten
habe mich hauptsächlich wegen der klaren Preisstruktur für LYNX entschieden, denn wie in Ihrem Preisverzeichnis dargestellt, gibt es keine versteckten Kosten und die Preise verstehen sich inklusive Börsengebühren etc. So handle ich im Gegensatz zu meinem alten Broker jetzt viel günstiger, gerade im Ausland. Die Kundenhotline ist übrigens kostenlos und die Mitarbeiter sind wirklich aufmerksam und sehr kompetent.

super Service
ich bin seit ca. 4 Monaten jetzt Kunde bei Lynx und sehr zufrieden. Am Anfang hatte ich zwar ein paar Probleme im Umgang mit der Handelssoftware, doch die freundlichen Mitarbeiter im Service hatten die Geduld und haben mir alles genau erklärt.
Meinen Wechsel zu LYNX habe ich nicht bereut und mittlerweile sogar richtig Spaß beim Handeln.
