Viel Auswahl und freundlicher Kundenservice
Ich habe das erste Mal bei Stoffywelt bestellt und war sehr froh über die große Auswahl. Eine größere Auswahl gibt es sonst in kaum einem Shop. Es sind vielleicht nicht alle Exoten vertreten, was aber nicht schlimm ist. Die Preise sind angemessen. Das einzige, was mir fehlt, ist eine genaue und übersichtliche Beschreibung der Produkte, wie zum Beispiel Ananas Shop sie hat. Ansonsten sehr zufrieden.

Reklamation Überhose Blueberry
Leider bin ich sehr enttäuscht über die Rückmeldung zu meiner Reklamationsanfrage. Eine der gekauften Überhosen wurde nach zweijähriger Nutzung undicht, was ich mit Fotos belegen konnte. Ich vermute einen neuen Materialfehler,da ich alle Überhosen immer gleich nach Waschanleitung wasche und alle dicht sind. Meine Bitte um eine Weiterleitung an die Firma Blueberry wurde abgelehnt mit der Begründung, dass so etwas noch nie vorgekommen sei. Das kann ich mir nicht vorstellen und so können ja auch keine Materialfehler aufgedeckt werden, wenn keine Infos an die Firma weitergeleitet werden bzw wenigstens mal nachgefragt wird, was man der Kundin anbieten kann. Eine einjährige Garantie finde ich viel zu kurz für Produkte, die doch gerade wegen ihrer Langlebigkeit als umweltbewusst gelten. Ich hätte mir eine Weiterleitung der Infos bzw eine Nachfrage bei blueberry gewünscht und irgendwie ein Entgegenkommen. Schade!!!

Liebe Stefanie,

es tut mir leid das du von unserer Rückmeldung zu deiner Reklamation enttäuscht bist.

Die Überhosen von Blueberry bestehen alle aus dem gleichen PUL. Wenn eine davon nach 2 Jahren Benutzung undicht wird, die anderen aber nicht, dann liegt es nicht am Material sondern hat einen anderen Grund. Ein Problem mit dem Material würde sich viel schneller zeigen und nicht erst nach einem Zeitraum von 2 Jahren. Das ist natürlich sehr ärgerlich, aber der Grund lässt sich z.B. eher auf eine nicht ideale Waschroutine oder große Temperaturunterschiede (durch Sonne, Heizung, Schnee etc.) zurückführen.

Wir melden die Reklamtionen regelmäßig an die Hersteller zurück und stehen im engen Austausch wenn es Probleme gibt, in einem Fall wie deinem kann dir ein Hersteller aber auch keine andere Antwort geben.
