Schnelle Montage - super Preisleistungsverhältnis
Wir haben bei uns im Ort niemand gefunden, der zeitnah unsere Heizung tauschen konnte. Ökoloco hat sich sehr bemüht und es geschafft, dass innerhalb von 20 Tagen die neue Heizung installiert wurde. Ein Top Service zu einem fairen Preis!

Ökoloco ghosting
Die Geschäftspraktik von Ökoloco sieht ja vor, dass ein Präsenztermin zur Erstellung einer validierten Analyse und Angebots nur gegen eine Gebühr in Höhe von 20€ erfolgt.
Ich dachte mir, gut, dann ist das auch kein Quatsch oder reiner Verkaufstermin.
Nach Rechnungsbegleichung und Präsenztermin habe ich jedoch nichts mehr von der Firma gehört.
Sämtliche Emails bleiben unbeantwortet. In Telefonaten wird zwar Entrüstung über das Verhalten des Mitarbeiters geäußert, es erfolgt aber auch hier weder eine Reaktion noch Erstattung des Rechnugsbetrages.

Termin für perönliche Beratung ausgemacht. Mitarbeiter erschien eine halbe Stunde zu spät.dementsprechend wurde auch die Beratungszeit gekürzt. .War danach genau so schlau wie vorher. Der Mitarbeiter hatte wohl keine Lust oder gar keine Ahnung wie man einen Kunden berät. Er hatte nur Intresse daran die 40€ für die Beratung zu kassieren. Ich sollte dann ein Angebot ür eine Wärmepumpe bekommen.
Die Beratung oder wie man es auch nennen will fand am 16.03.2022 statt. Seit dem habe ich nichts mehr von der Firma gehört. Ein Angebot habe ich bis heute(18.04.2022) nicht erhalten.Die Firma wurde mir von Buderus vermittelt.

Nach dem plötzlichen Defekt unserer alten Heizung, wurde uns binnen weniger Tage geholfen.
Vom ersten Telefonat bis zur funktionierenden Heizung unter einer Woche.
Danke nochmal für die hervorragende Arbeit.

Finger weg von Öcölogo
Angebot gut, Einbau topp, aber wehe wenn dann einmal die Heizung in der kalten Jahreszeit ausfällt. Bei mir war es schon nach 8 Monaten das erste Mal so weit. Ich meldete den Defekt, aber eine Antwort bekam ich erst nach mehrmaligen Anrufen. So waren wir gezwungen, 6 Tage mit dem Schaden zu leben. Ein Produkt ist jedoch nur so gut, wie der dazu gehörende Kundendienst und der ist bei Öcologo miserabel. Aber finden Sie heute mal einen Handwerker, der Ihre Heizung wartet und reparieret, bei der ein anderer kurz zuvor das Geschäft mit dem Einbau gemacht hat.

Ich kann die ökoloco GmbH nur uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Von der Angebotserstellung über die Kommunikation mit dem Büro bis hin zu der Beantragung der Fördermittel und natürlich der Installation der Anlage kann ich nur von einer sehr guten Leistung sprechen.

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team, sowohl ans Office als auch an die Monteure!
