Sehr zufrieden
Nach einer Abmahnung habe ich bezüglich der auf der Webseite genannten kostenlosen Ersteinschätzung nachgefragt und innerhalb kurzer Zeit einen Rückruf erhalten.

Transparent und schnell
Auch wenn ich hoffe, dass ich Ihre Hilfe nicht mehr so schnell brauchen werde, muss ich sagen, der Service war erstklassig. Offen und transparent wurden die unterschiedlichen Handlungsmöglichkeiten und Kosten auf eine Abmahnung besprochen. Auch der Service rund um die richtige Gestaltung meines Onlineshops war hervorragend.
