Blitzschnelle Lieferung
Bestimmte Produkte, die man sonst in verschiedenen Geschäften "einsammeln" muss, bekommt man hier auf Mausklick blitzschnell geliefert. Bei Reformhaus M&F GmbH habe ich sicher nicht das letzte Mal bestellt. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Nie wieder
Ein Stern nur deshalb um zu warnen nicht hier zu bestellen. Unser bestelltes Produkt wird nicht mehr produziert, dieser Laden wirbt aber online immernoch damit, ohne Information einfach ein anderes Produkt geliefert. Mehrmals Telefonisch versucht, kein Durchkommen, mehrere E-Mails keine Antwort, kann mich nur den vielen negativen Bewertungen anschließen, nie wieder dieses Reformhaus!

Unzufrieden und verärgert
Meine Bestellung kam trotz Lieferzusagen mit etlichen Tagen Verspätung an. Verärgert schrieb ich eine schlechte Bewertung auf das Amazon-Portal. Tage später hatte ich eine Nachricht vom Reformhaus auf meinem AB mit der Bitte, die Bewertung auf Amazon zu löschen. Eine kleine Entschädigung wurde in Aussicht gestellt, da die Verzögerung angeblich nicht der Fehler vom Reformhaus war. Die Bewertung habe ich leider zu früh gelöscht und danach keine Antwort auf meine Anrufe und e-mails erhalten. Das ist sehr schlechter Stil und nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

enttäuscht
Die Ware war schlecht verpackt und ist auf dem Weg kaputt gegangen. Alle 3 Spender waren aufgebrochen und die Creme ausgelaufen.

Der Geschäftsführer versprach mir Erstattung und ich soll die Ware entsorgen.
Trotz mehrmaliger Nachfrage habe ich weder etwas gehört noch mein Geld zurück bekommen.
Das war nicht fair. Ich hätte mich gerne geeinigt.

Da ich das Produkt -wie besprochen- nicht zurück gesendet habe, hat ebay den Fall abgeschlossen.

Nicht vertrauenswürdig und ignorant
Dieser Händler hat nicht mal einen Stern für irgendeinen seiner Handlungsschritte verdient.
Wie aus den vielen andere Beschwerden hervorgeht, habe auch ich falsche Ware bekommen.
Da es kein Rücksendelabel gab, habe ich selbst die Kosten übernommen. Damit noch nicht genug, der Kaufpreis wurde auch nicht zurücküberwiesen. Eine gütliche Einigung durch Mailkontakt, Briefverkehr, Telefonate war nicht möglich, da schlicht weg alles ignoriert wurde. Da ich leider zu lange versucht habe, es im Guten zu klären ist die Amzonpay Rückzahlungsfrist von 3 Monaten abgelaufen. Die ganze Sache muss nun durch eine Rechtsanwalt abgewickelt werden.
Ich kann also jeden nur davon abraten hier zu bestellen.
