Von wegen Pauschale
Schnelle Schadensbehebung. Leider statt der Pauschale mehr als das Doppelte bezahlt. Der Dienstleister in Mainz setzte von vorneherein eine höhere Pauschale als bei Rohrstar angegeben an. Keine ernstzunehmende Antwort auf meine Nachfragen erhalten. Danke, aber nie wieder.

Es liegt nun schon einige Zeit zurück, dass wir eine Verstopfung im WC hatten. Die beiden Herren sind dieses Problem absolut seriös angegangen und haben die Verstopfung beseitigt. Dabei haben sie mir immer wieder gesagt, was sie als nächstes tun werden. Als die Verstopfung beseitigt war, wurde noch eine Kontrolle mit der Kamera durchgeführt, un sicherzustellen, dass die Verstopfung nicht nur weiter geschoben wurde, zudem wurde dabei auch festgestellt, dass die Verstopfung aufgrund von erheblichen Kalkablagerungen im Rohr entstanden ist, wodurch wir nun auch wissen, dass die Rohre erneuert werden müssen. Falls wir wieder eine Verstopfung haben, würde ich auf jeden Fall wieder RohrStar hinzuziehen. Absolut top. :)

Leistung gut, Achtung Preisfalle
Die Leistung des Freiräumen eines verstopften Rohres (Toilettenabfluss) wurde schnell, freundlich und erfolgreich durchgeführt. Vor Ort wurde der Preis mit 350 Euro (Freitag Nachmittag nach 17:00) angegeben. Auf der Rechnung wurden es dann 558 Euro. Für ca. eine halbe Stunde Routine-Arbeit um 17:30 an einem Freitag als Notdienst erscheint das mir und übrigens auch der Verbraucherzentrale als deutlich zu viel.

Kundenbeleg 10.09.2017 11:07 Uhr € 280,80 - Schadensmeldung vom 10.09.2017 an die Geschäftsführung

Schlechter oder unglücklicher Handwerkseinsatz bei einer Verstopfung mit der Folge, dass an dem Hauptstrang, senkrechtes Abflussrohr ein Bruch entstanden ist. Anschließende Korrespondenz mit dem Geschäftsführer Herrn Heissam O. bezüglich eventuellen Versicherungsschadens (€ 1.200,--) wurden in der Form und Sprache sofort unhöflich, bedrohlich abgewiesen. Wortwörtlich in der e-mail vom 19.09.2017: ... "Sollte sie uns nochmal Anschreiben, werde ich sie wegen Betrug anzeigen!" (!!!) Die Folgekosten des Einsatzes belieferten sich nachweislich auf € 1.115,--. Danach wurde das Bad komplett renoviert! Die Firma RohrStar kann ich nicht empfehlen!
