Lasst euch von diesem ErstgesprĂ€ch nicht einlullen. Die sind da wirklich sehr nett, werden bestimmt auch sehr gut geschult dafĂŒr. "Das ist alles gar nicht so schlimm, lehnen sie sich zurĂŒck, wir machen das schon" u.s.w., 3-6 Monate sollte es dauern, am Ende waren es bei mir 16 ohne nennenswerten Erfolg. Eine Sanierungsrate in dem Sinne (womit angeblich laut FAQ schon Schulden abbezahlt werden sollen) gibt es da nicht, nur GebĂŒhren. Man muss auch VORHER, extra, eine EinigungsgebĂŒhr (die am Ende verrechnet wird) bezahlen, sonst arbeiten die AnwĂ€lte nicht weiter, laut Auskunft am Telefon. Bei 4 GlĂ€ubigern kam nach gut 16 Monaten (nach unzĂ€hligen MailÂŽs und sinnlosen Telefonaten) eine Einigung mit einem GlĂ€ubiger, zustande, wo ich jetzt 12€ monatl. zahlen sollte, wow super Erfolg. GlĂ€ubiger werden NUR per Mail kontaktiert, eig. vorhersehbar, dass da manche vor allen grĂ¶ĂŸere Banken gar nicht reagieren. Das ganze hat mir am Ende ca. 3.000€ gekostet (kommt auf die Gesamtschulden an), am Schuldenberg hat sich nichts verbessert, im Gegenteil. Bei Konto- und GehaltspfĂ€ndung, Gerichtsvollzieher, u.s.w. keinerlei Hilfe, dies gehöre halt zum Verfahren das ist normal so. Ich glaube diese AnwĂ€lte da wissen gar nicht was ihre Angestellten/Sachbearbeiter machen. Die Aussagen per Mail z.B. sind ohne jeglicher rechtlicher Grundlage, man könnte sich ja darauf berufen. Kompetente Sachbearbeiter oder gar einen Anwalt am Telefon zu erreichen ist praktisch unmöglich. Die Mitarbeiter da an dieser Hotline geben sich wirklich grĂ¶ĂŸte MĂŒhe, sind immer nett gewesen aber die meisten haben von der gesamten Materie was in meinem Fall Finanz-Recht angeht keine ausreichende Ausbildung o.Ă€. genossen. Anscheinend fĂŒr sie wichtige Sachen werden dann wohl an einen Sachbearbeiter weitergeleitet. MailÂŽs werden, wenn ĂŒberhaupt, ohne jeden Zusammenhang zum eig. Problem beantwortet, wahrscheinlich liest die noch nicht mal ein Sachbearbeiter. Vielleicht war es ja nur bei mir so, bei soooooo vielen zufriedenen Kunden, hm. Sucht euch lieber einen Anwalt in eurer NĂ€he, den ihr auch persönlich erreicht. Der kostet nur ein Bruchteil, es geht alles schneller und schont eure Nerven.

Der Erstkontakt war sehr angenehm,die Frau A.hat sich sehr viel Zeit gelassen,zugehört und ein wirklich beruhigt.Das 2.Telefonat war genauso sehr angenehm,sie fragte direkt wie es mir ginge,dieses VerstĂ€ndnisvolle von der Dame war echt top,ich habe mich so geschĂ€mt das ich in die Schuldenfalle rein getappt bin,(unfreiwillig natĂŒrlich/wenn man 5 Monate kein richtigen Lohn bekommt,greift man auf alle Reserven zu)Aber Frau A.war sehr verstĂ€ndnisvoll,gab gute Tipps,klang keinsterweise gestresst oder genervt ,wie ich es schon erlebt habe von Banken.Ich kann dieses Unternehmen wirklich empfehlen und hoffe das das Unternehmen wirklich fĂŒr mich bis zum Schluss da ist.
