Jetzt weiß ich was Kundenservice bedeutet!
Als ich mit Webdesign angefangen habe, suchte ich den Anbieter mit dem besten Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis.
Diesen habe ich mit Serverprofis gefunden, anfangs noch mit einem der günstigsten Tarife habe ich jetzt einen Business Tarif und bin seit mehreren Jahren Kunde.

Egal ob ich 1€ oder 25€ pro Monat bezahlt habe, der Support über das Ticket System hilft auch noch am Sonntag um 23Uhr bei Problemen mit dem Webspace und versucht sein bestes, wenn es um Drittanbieter-Software geht.

Bei Fragen zu Tarifen und deren Zusatzoptionen wird man gut beraten.
So wurde mir ein billigerer Tarif mit einer Zusatzoption vorgeschlagen anstelle des teureren Tarifs, wo diese Option enthalten wäre. Somit hatte ich alle benötigten Features und Geld gespart!

Ich freue mich mit Serverprofis einen kompetenten Webspace Anbieter gefunden zu haben, den ich meinen Kunden empfehlen kann.

Hervorragende Leistung
Ich bin seit einigen Jahren Kunde und wunschlos glücklich. Alles läuft rund und die Verbindung zum Server ist flott. Ganz selten gab es mal kurze Server-Ausfälle, über welche aber immer informiert wurde und welche auch schnell wieder behoben wurden. Ich kann Serverprofis.de daher sehr empfehlen.

Top Support, schnell und kompetent
Ich bin, was html, CSS, und all den anderen Kram angeht, ein echter Noob. Ich bin stolz, wenn ich ein paar html-Codes hinbekomme, um meine Texte hübsch aussehen zu lassen, und das war's dann.

Dann kam die Deadline der DSGVO, und ich musste mich auf einmal mit SSL, CSS, Website-Background und allem möglichen beschäftigen. Ich habe dem Support von Serverprofis vermutlich selten dämliche Fragen gestellt, aber alle wurden ausnahmslos schnell und vor allem hilfreich beantwortet.
Einmal habe ich mir trotzdem den Blog zerschossen, weil ich versehentlich eine Datei gelöscht hatte. Panisches Ticket an den Support geschickt, 2 Minuten später war alles wieder da, Blog war gerettet.

Auch sonst bin ich überaus zufrieden mit Serverprofis. Günstige Tarife, unkomplizierte Upgrades und wie gesagt ein herausragender Kundensupport. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen!

Super Service
Ich hatte wegen dem Umzug von 5 Domains und WordPress-Installationen 2 normale und ein Ticket mit niedriger Priorität aufgegeben. Alle hatte eine Lösungsquote von 100% und das mit super schneller Reaktionszeit! Hätte ich das geahnt, wäre ich schon eher dahin gewechselt.

Einfach super!
Die Alternative für alle, den Das Gejammer der "großen" Webhoster auf den Wecker geht, dass sie leider nicht umhin kommen, die Preise zu erhöhen.
Die Serverprofis zeigen, dass das nicht der Fall ist, und das bei voller Funktionalität.

Domain-Umzug
Schnell und unkompliziert.

Ich war allerdings der Auffassung, dass auch die webpage 1zu1 mit umzieht, ist nicht der Fall, mein Missverständnis.

Meine Fragen wurden schnell über das Ticketsystem beantwortet.

Also, nach 1 Woche, keine Beanstandungen.

Ausgezeichneter Kundenservive - auch zu später Stunde
Ich kann Serverprofis absolut weiterempfehlen! Klasse Preis und starker Kundenservice. Nachdem ich unsere Seite durch einen Fehler zerlegt habe wurde mir selbst nach 10 Uhr Abends in der Woche zuverlässig geholfen bis ich das Problem beseitigen konnte.

Nicht selbstverständlich und selten!
