Für mich, immer super Service und sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter
Seid 2018, durch Zufall, bei den Serverprofis gelandet, und was soll ich sagen, es sind Profis !!!
Bei jedem Problem, was ich mal hatte wurde mir immer schnell und kompetent geholfen, auch wenn ich selber die berühmten Tomaten auf den Augen hatte.
Jetzt wurde ich sogar auf schnellere Hardware umgezogen, weil festgestellt wurde, das mein Webspace sehr aktiv sei.

Ich kann die Serverprofis nur weiter empfehelen

Ich kann mich nicht beklagen.
Wenn es um das optimale Preis-/Leistungs-Verhältnis geht, kann keiner den Serverprofis das Wasser reichen.
Selbst beim Shared Hosting ist auch bei den kleinsten Tarifen ordentlich Power vorhanden.
Support-Anfragen werden zügig beantwortet.

Bester Web-Hoster den ich kenne
Ich war schon bei zahlreichen Web-Hostern, die Serverprofis sind mit Abstand die besten. Beginnend bei Preis/Leistung, super Support, wenn man mal was nicht hinbekommt, tolle Features.

Einfach und übersichtlich
Der Umzug meiner Webseite hat gut geklappt. Allerdings konnte ich nichts per Telefon klären, da die Firma praktisch auf diese Weise nicht erreichbar ist.
Auf die Tickets wurde jedoch immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Und auch sehr hilfreich. :-)

Insgesamt war der Umzug auch für einen Laien gut zu bewältigen. Danke!

Für mich ein absolut erstklassiger Provider mit herausragendem Support!

Ich bin absolut begeistert von diesem Provider! Von Anfang an waren diverse Konfigurationen unkompliziert und schnell erledigt. Aber was diesen Anbieter wirklich von anderen abhebt, ist der Support.
Jedes Mal, wenn ich dennoch eine Zusatzfrage, war der Kundenservice prompt, freundlich und vor allem kompetent zur Stelle. Die Mitarbeiter sind nicht nur gut geschult, sondern scheinen auch wirklich daran interessiert zu sein, eine schnelle und effektive Lösung zu finden. Man fühlt sich als Kunde wirklich wertgeschätzt und gut betreut.
Die Reaktionszeiten sind beeindruckend kurz! Und das Wichtigste: Meine Themen/Anfragen wurden immer zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit gelöst.
