Schneller Service und reibungsloser Betrieb
Ich bin schon einige Jahre jetzt bei serverprofis und immer wurden alle Fragen und Probleme schnell beantwortet und gelöst. Es funktioniert auch alles total reibungslos und einwandfrei, keine Störungen, keine Probleme. Ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Super Service mit echten Menschen 😉.
Ich bin jetzt seit zwei Monaten bei Serverprofis und bin was den Support angeht sehr zufrieden. Das C-Panel ist in die Jahre gekommen und dementsprechend auch die Anwendungshinweise. Meiner Meinung nach unnötig verwirrend und Bedarf nicht viel Arbeit, um es auf den neuesten Stand zu bringen oder ggf. zu korrigieren.

Die Einrichtung von Emailkonten ist zwar einfach aber auch rudimentär. Es lassen sich keine aliase zu einem Account hinzufügen, was meiner Meinung nach katastrophal ist und dringend nachgebessert werden sollte. Auch die Einschränkung an Emailkonten auf 500 Konten ist vollkommen überholt und nicht zeitgemäß.

Den hohen Preis nehme ich gerne in Kauf, weil der Support einfach so ist, wie man ihn sich wünscht. Extrem zuverlässig und professionell.

Sobald man die Kleinigkeiten, die oben genannt werden, behoben werden, gibt es auch von mir 5 statt 4 Sterne ⭐️.

Ich bin ja noch nciht gar so lange dabei, bin aber mit der Bereitstellung und dem Umzug meiner Domains sehr zufrieden. Die Packages haben eine vernünftige Größe zu einem fairen Preis. Alles klappte reibungslos, ich war innerhalb von wenigen Stunden wieder mit meinen drei Pages online. Der Support hat mir meine Frage schnell und erschöpfend beantwortet, so dass ich mir mit derempfohlenen Hilfeseite auch die Sicherheitszertifikate selbst einrichten konnte. Ich bin bislang sehr zufrieden.
