Kurz gesagt der Preis zum Leistungsangebot und die Kundenfreundlichkeit ist absolut Spitze.
Das Einrichten per Telefon-Hotline ging schnell und unkompliziert.
Durch einen Mitarbeiter wurden ich Schritt für Schritt geführt, bis alles lief.

Erfüllt alle Erwartungen
Sehr gute Angebote das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Bei Störungen oder Anwendungsproblemen sehr gut erreichbarer Support mit kompetenten Mitarbeitern die freundlich sowie geduldig helfen, und das über normale Arbeitszeiten hinaus. Man merkt, das sich die Firma Zeit nimmt und das Probleme ernst genommen werden. Eigentlich sind 5 Sterne fällig, es gibt nur Abzug wegen des Chaos im FTP Zugang. Dort wird leider alles angezeigt, auch Dateien und Ordner die eine Kunden nichts angehen (System), das stört etwas aber sonst kann man die Serverprofis empfehlen.

Umzug zu Serverprofis - schnell und reibungslos!
Ich stand kürzlich vor der Situation, für meine geschäftliche Website einen neuen Provider finden zu müssen, weil beim "alten" Hoster laufend Probleme auftraten. Nach einiger Recherche habe ich mich für die Serverprofis entschieden - und habe es nicht bereut.
Schon die Fragen vor dem Kauf wurden schnell, ausführlich, kompetent und freundlich beantwortet, der Umzug selbst klappte unerwartet schnell und ohne Probleme und nun läuft alles reibungslos.
C-Panel ist übersichtlich und bietet viele Einstellungsmöglichkeiten, die ich vorher nicht hatte und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ausgezeichnet.
Kurz: Ich bin rundum zufrieden!

Sehr guter Service
Nach langer Recherche im Netz haben wir uns für die Serverprofis entschieden uns sind bis jetzt nicht enttäuscht worden. Der Vorgang ist unkompliziert und der Service ist absolut super. Die Antwortzeiten sind extrem kurz und die Probleme werden sofort behoben. Es wird sogar noch über den Tellerrand gedacht und Probleme, die auf alle Kunden zu treffen könnten werden auch gleich für alle ausgespielt.

Wirklich nur zu empfehlen!!

Die Anmeldung und Einrichtung ist ohne Probleme und super schnell abgelaufen.

Das Control Panel funktioniert spitze und der Webspace scheint sehr schnell zu sein.

Super Hoster - Preis Leistung einfach unschlagbar!!!
Ich bin nun seit fast 2 Monaten mit ein paar Wordpress Blogs auf den Webhosting Private L 5.0 Paket bei den Serverprofis und bin von der Leistung der Server und besonders vom Preis so richtig begeistert.Das gute ist hier auch das die Server nicht überbucht werden können da es eine Virtualisierung auf Benutzerebene gibt wo jeder seine eigenen zugesicherten Ressourcen hat,so kann auch der Nachbar auf dem Server mit einer größeren Seite einem nicht schaden.Der Support reagiert in der Woche richtig schnell und auch am Wochenende ist die Reaktionszeit ganz Okay.Ich kann jedem diesen Hoster empfehlen.
