Exzellent von A bis Z
Sauber strukturierter und einfacher Ablauf. SOS hat sich um alles gekümmert und in kürzester Zeit alles geklärt, mich gleichzeitig optimal auf dem Laufenden gehalten. Zudem, sehr transparente Kostenstruktur. Bei kommenden Flugproblemen habe ich somit schon einen Anbieter. Great job.

Schnell, transparent und effektiv
Nach einem Jahr Warten durch Schlichtungsstelle und Blockade der Fluggesellschaft, haben wir innerhalb drei Wochen durch das Einschalten von SOS Flugverspätung die Entschädigung auf das Konto bekommen!
Bitter, dass es ohne Drohung der Klage und Unterstützung von Rechtsanwälten, man nicht auf seine Rechte kommt, aber danke, dass es so unkompliziert und vergleichsweise günstig wir Hilfe bekommen konnten!

Top zufrieden
Hat alles super geklappt mit der SOS Flugverspätung GmbH. Wir hatten keinerlei Arbeit damit. Hat zwar etwas gedauert, aber das wurde uns auch mitgeteilt, da es eine nicht europäische Fluggesellschaft war.
Wir wurden mit E-mails auf dem Laufenden gehalten.
Sehr zu empfehlen.

Eurowings
Nachdem die Eigeninitiative knallhart abgelehnt wurde, haben wir uns an SOS gewandt.

Innerhalb von nur ca. zwei 1/2 Wochen haben wir das Geld von der Fluggesellschaft erhalten. SOS Flugverspätung hat uns immer über den aktuellen Stand informiert. Wir werden diesen Service, falls nötig, immer wieder nutzen!

Werde es auch jedem empfehlen der mal eine Verspätung haben sollte...
