Trotz der langer Gegenwehr und Sturheit der Fluggesellschaft ist SOS-Flugverspätung am Ball geblieben und konnte eine Entschädigungszahlung durchsetzen. Danke und weiter so.

4 StundenVerspätung bei Lauda Air von Palma nach FRA. Am Ende in Hahn gelandet und mit dem Bus zurück.
Hat alles zwar seine Zeit gedauert, aber am Ende hat es sich ausbezahlt. Alle Monate ist eine Mail zum Stand der Dinge eingetroffen, also Informationen sind auch geflossen.
Bin alles im allem mit der SOS Flugverspätung GmbH zufrieden.

Kompetente verlässliche Hilfe

Unseren Verspätungsfall hat die SOS Flugverspätung konsequent und rechtsgetreu zum Abschluß gebracht. Wir wurden über jeden Schritt ausführlich informiert und - wenn auch umständehalber jetzt erst nach Jahresfrist - umfänglich entschädigt. Kann man nur uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. 5 Sterne !!!

Reibungslose Abwickelung

Super Leistung hat zwar gedauert jedoch mit Erfolg
Mein Flug wurde gestrichen, ich habe eine ander Flug bekommen jedoch 2 Std später und zum anderen Flughafen.
Wir wurden dann mit Bus zum Ziel Flughafen gefahren.
War fast 6 Stunden später daheim wie geplant und habe 2 Termine dank der Flug Gesellschaft verpasst. Obwohl der Flug Gesellschaft sich querstellt hat haben wir meine Rechte durchgeboxt
Somit hat die Gerechtigkeit doch gesiegt
Vielen lieben Dank an das ganze Team
