Was lange Wert wird endlich gut
Die Fluggesellschaft hat lange gebraucht aber SOS war hartnäckig und nun ist die Erstattung durch. Würde das immer wieder in die Hände von SOS legen.

Weiterzuempfehlen

Es lohnt sich!
Wir hatten selbst keinen Aufwand und haben trotzdem Geld von der Airline zurück bekommen, dank SOS Flugverspätung. Würde ich jederzeit wieder beauftragen. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Unkompliziert, kompetent, verlässlich und erfolgreich! Empfehlung!
Unser Flug hatte 24 Std Verspätung. Die Reisegesellschaft hat uns hierzu komplett ignoriert. Die Einreichung bei SOS Flugverspätung war unkompliziert und schnell erledigt. Kommunikation war einwandfrei und erfolgte regelmäßig. Dank SOS erhielten wir nach einigen Monaten (wegen Verzögerungsstrategie des Reiseveranstalters) ohne nennenswerten Aufwand die Entschädigung; die Erfolgsprovision hat sich SOS unserer Meinung nach definitiv verdient. Von uns 5 stars; vielen Dank an das SOS-Team.

Tolles geduldiges Team
Afgrund der Teilung meinr Eraststtung brauchte es sehr viel Geduld bis zur abschließenden Abwicklung.
Die esrte Teilerstattung kam zügig und ohen Komplkikation.
Die zweite wurde von der Fluggesellschaft hin gehalten, so das die Angelegenheit vor Gericht mußte.
Auf Anfragen meiner Seits wurde von SOS immer geantwortet und die Erstattung zweiter Teil wurde dann auch nach ca. 12 Monaten erfolgreich durchgesetzt.
Fühlte mich gut beraten und vertereten.
