Nur zu empfehlen
Nach dem ich selbst vergeblich versucht habe das Geld für den Flugausfall zu bekommen habe ich unseren Fall an SOS Flugverspätung gegeben. Der Kontakt war sehr nett und die ganze Abwicklung professionell und problemlos. Per Mail wurde ich immer über den aktuellen Sachstand informiert.
Wirklich zu empfehlen. Wir haben unser Geld bekommen.

Die Bearbeitung hat ca. 2 Wochen gedauert. Von der beauftragung bis zum überweisen -> sehr gut!
Ein bisschen unangenehm empfand ich, dass erst in den AGB´s der Hinweis kam, dass die Provision von 23% noch exklusive der MwSt war. Da sollte nochmal Hand angelegt werden.
Ansonsten war die Kommunikation problemlos!!

Schnell und unkompliziert
Seit Monaten versuchten wir erfolglos unsere Ansprüche bei der Airline geltend zu machen. Uns gelang jedoch nicht einmal, weder telefonisch noch schriftlich, trotz Einschreiben, eine Kontaktaufnahme.
Was uns nicht gelang, ging mit SOS Flugverspätung sehr schnell und problemlos. Innerhalb von 3 Wochen war das Problem geklärt und das Geld auf unserem Konto.
