Condor Flugausfall aus Hurghada
Condor hat den Flug von Hurghada nach Hannover ausfallen lassen und uns Umgebucht auf einen TUI Flug der mehr als 6 Stunden Verspätung hatte und uns nicht nach Hannover sondern Frankfurt gebracht hat.
Condor reagierte nicht auf meine privaten Schreiben für die Erstattung über ein halbes Jahr. Nachdem wir das an SOS Flugverspätung übergeben hatten reagierte Condor innerhalb von 6 Tagen und zahlte den Entschädigungsbetrag. Vielen Dank für die Hilfe.

Flugverspätung über 3 Stunden
100% zufrieden bin ich leider nicht!
Ich habe meinen Fall an SOS Flugverspätung GmbH übergeben, weil ich wenig Zeit habe und mich nicht selbst darum kümmern konnte.
Leider hat SOS Flugverspätung nur eine E-Mail an meine Fluggesellschaft geschrieben, worauf SOS Flugverspätung keine Rückmeldung bekommen hat.
Ich habe dann auch nochmal eine E-Mail an meine Fluggesellschaft verfassen müssen. Worauf ich eine Antwort bekommen habe.
Am Ende blieb mir die Möglichkeit mein Geld über SOS Fluggesellschaft einzufordern und somit mehrere Monate darauf zu warten (Weg übers Gericht) oder die Sache selbst in die Hand zu nehmen.
Meine Fluggesellschaft war da sehr nett und stellte mir ein Formular zur Verfügung.

Mein TIP an Euch: Versucht erstmal selbst Kontakt mit der Fluggesellschaft aufzunehmen bevor ihr den Fall an SOS Flugverspätung übergibt.
Die Forderung von SOS Flugverspätung GmbH fand ich in meinem Fall nämlich zu viel, dafür das ich die ganze Arbeit machen musste.

Aber wenn Garnichts mehr geht kann euch SOS Flugverspätung GmbH bestimmt helfen.
