Ausgezeichnet
Ich bin der Überzeugung, dass wir unsere Ansprüche ohne die SOS Flugverspätung GmbH nicht durchgesetzt hätten. Leider hat es Tui Fly auf eine Klage ankommen lassen. SOS Flugverspätung hat sich um alles gekümmert. Unsere Mitarbeit dabei, beschränkte sich nur auf ein Minimum. Für diesen exzellenten Service bin ich gern bereit zu zahlen. Es hat alles problemlos und reibungslos geklappt. Ich würde die SOS Flugverspätung jederzeit wieder beauftragen und auch weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für Ihre tolle Arbeit.

Echt zu empfehlen
Die Rückerstattung wegen Flugverspätung hatte ohne Probleme geklappt. Vom Erstkontakt bis zur Überweisung lief alles total entspannt ab.Ihr werdet immer auf dem aktuellen Stand gehalten. Hier braucht man wirklich sich um nichts weiter zu kümmern. Beim nächsten mal definitiv wieder.

Hat alles sehr gut funktioniert!
Am Anfang war ich etwas skeptisch, ob ich meine Entschädigung nach Flugannulierung jemals sehen werde, aber ich wurde positiv überrascht.

Sehr kompetenter und netter Kontakt, währendessen ich immerwieder auf dem laufenden gehalten wurde. Anfang September hab ich den Antrag gestellt und Mitte November meine Entschädigung erhalten. Lief also alles problemlos ab. Ich kann es also wirklich nur weiterempfehlen!

Schnell, kompetent und erfolgreich.
Auf Grund eines Flugausfalls habe ich mich per eMail an SOS Flugverspätung gewandt. Die Antwort von SOS kam innerhalb von wenigen Stunden per eMail. Ich habe dann die angeforderten Daten zurückgeschickt. Dann lief alles automatisch. In regelmässigen Abständen wurde ich über den Stand der Verhandlungen zwischen SOS und der Fluggesellschaft informiert und heute hatte ich die Entschädigungssumme auf meinem Konto. Besser kann es nicht laufen.
Ich kann die SOS Flugverspätung GmbH sehr empfehlen.

ALLES REIBUNGSLOS; UNBÜROKRATISCH UND BESTENS
SOS-Flugverspätung verspricht nicht nur, sondern hält das Versprechen. Nachdem ich meine Ansprüche an die SOS-Flugverspätung abgetreten hatte, konnte ich in Ruhe abwarten. Der Kontakt war reibungslos und ich war dadurch immer auf dem neuesten Stand. Selbst als die Fluggesellschaft auf die erste Forderung nicht einging, zögerte SOS-Flugverspätung nicht und übergab einer Kanzlei. Über jeden Schritt wurde ich informiert. Ich selber zweifele, ob ich den langen Atem gehabt hätte. Deshalb tausend Dank an das Team SOS-Flugverspätung. Ich selber würde wieder genau diesen Weg einschlagen und kann nur die beste Empfehlung aussprechen.
