Hoteltransfer
Wir mussten zwar am Flughafen in Palma de Mallorca etwas länger warten, aber sowohl der Transfer zum Hotel als auch die Abholung mit Information unserer Abholzeit hat hervorragend geklappt! Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Besser kann ein Transfer im Urlaub nicht sein!
"Hallo Herr Sascha ..." So wurden wir beide direkt nach Ankunft am Busschalter empfangen, obwohl wir noch nicht einmal selbst "Merhaba" sagen konnten :) Der Service war einfach unkompliziert, organisiert und freundlich sowie zu einem fairen Preis. Auch der Rücktransfer dank Online-Abfrage hat bestens geklappt. Vielen Dank dafür und bis zum nächsten Mal! Liebste Grüße, Sascha & Julia

Alles perfekt
Zum wiederholten Mal haben wir den Transfer in Antalya in Anspruch genommen. Pünktlichkeit, Service, Ausstattung der Fahrzeuge und Freundlichkeit der Fahrer perfekt. Wir würden es begrüßen, wenn das Unternehmen zukünftig auch Transfer vom/zum Kreuzfahrthafen anbieten würde.

Fast perfekt
Die Organisation funktioniert tadelos. Nur die Betreuung in Chalkidiki ist unbefriedigend: unfreundlich, ungeduldig, abrupt. Schlechte Handyempfang ist schließlich nich unsere Schuld! Könnten wir bitte statt Fax im Hotel eine SMS bekommen? Es wäre so viel unkomplizierter - danke schön!

Mißverständlich aber freundlich
Ankunft Rom 20.30 Uhr Terminal 1. Lt. Beschreibung bis 20.00 Uhr Meldung an einen Schalter im Terminal 3. Nach 20.00 Uhr Abholung in der Ankunftshalle. Nach einer Wartezeit von 45 Min. Kontaktaufnahme in englisch mit Hotlinenummer. Wir müssten zum Terminal 3 und in der Ankunftshalle warten. Nach 30 Minuten erneuter Anruf. Nun müssten wir doch zum Schalter im Terminal 3 (der lt. Beschreibung normalerweise geschlossen ist). Bereits mehrere aufgebrachte Gäste vor Schalter. Trotz Streßsituation blieben der Herr und die Dame sehr freundlich und entschuldigten sich für die Warterei. Wir würden in erst in ca. 30 Minuten abgeholt. Um 22.45 Uhr war es soweit und das Hotel konnten wir um 23.30 Uhr erreichen. Wäre die Beschreibung nicht so mißverständlich, hätten wir uns sehr viel Wartezeit und ca. 15 Euro Telefonkosten erspart. Der Rücktransport war perfekt.

Hinfahrt: Zuständigen Fahrer nach kurzer Suche gefunden. Fahrt bis zum Hotel problemlos. Hilfsbereiter Fahrer.
Rückfahrt: Abholung an der Rezeption. Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Fahrer.
