Aufmerksamer und pünktlicher Service
Aufgrund einer Flugverspätung kamen wir rund 2 Stunden nach der geplanten Ankunftszeit am Schalter von Urlaubstransfers an. Dort wurde uns aber signalisiert, dass noch eine weitere Maschine aus Frankfurt kommt - und dass wir selbstverständlich mit Gästen aus der zweiten Maschine auch um Mitternacht noch sicher in unser Hotel gebracht werden. Für die "Wartezeit" wurden uns noch zwei Flaschen Wasser spendiert, was wir als sehr aufmerksam registriert haben. Beim Rücktransfer war der Fahrer auf die Minute genau an unserem Hotel in Belek und hat uns in rund 25 Minuten bis vor das Terminal am Flughafen Antalya gefahren. Viel mehr Service kann man nicht erwarten!

Perfekt wie immer
Nun schon zum x-ten Mal urlaubstransfers für die Beförderung vom Flughafen zum Hotel und zurück gebucht. Ich kann nur sagen: In allen Belangen perfekt wie immer in der Zeit, Service, Auto, Information, Buchung. Besser geht es nicht !!!.

Gut, aber könnte besser sein
Bestellung: Transfer von römische Flughafen Leonardo bis Hotel und zurück (normale Fahrt ca. 30 min).
Empfang in Flughafen war ordentlich, ohne Wartezeit. Aber Fahrt selbst... Es war echte Abenteuer. Erst, der Fahrer hat wie bekloppter, gejagt (120 anstatt erlaubte 50-70 km/h), zweite, er hat Beifahrer, und deswegen hatten wir ein Zwischenstopp irgendwo unterwegs. Ergebnis - 1,5 Stunden Fahrzeit und viel Adrenalin im Blut. Wir haben uns das auf italienische Temperament gelassen ;).
Rückfahrt am 25.03 mit anderem Fahrer war ganz ruhig und schnell ohne Überschreitung des Tempolimits.

Besser geht es nicht
Einwandfreier Transport vom Flughafen zum Hotel. Auf der Hinfahrt wegen mangelnder weiterer Passgiere zu zweit im Pkw auf der Rückfahrt im Bus. Beide Male pünktliche Abholung und Ankunft.

Die Organisation war super, toll, und excellent. Der Organisator war hilfsbereit, freundlich und hat uns auch in anderen Fällen sehr geholfen. Wirklich guter Freund im fremden Land.

Rom Bus Transfer vtours GmbH
Gelandet sind wir in Rom Fiumicino um 12:25Uhr. Der Schalter für den Bustransfer war schwehr zu finden. Es stand vor Ort eine andere Firma auf dem Schalter. Dann lies man uns zwei Stunden warten. Der Bustransfer war in einem sehr alten Bus.?Einige Sitze defekt. Das Schlimmste war die Rückreiste 19 Uhr der Flieger. Kein Hinweis im Hotel. Auf Anruf Abholzeit 16:15Uhr. Es kam kein Bus. Nach etlichen Telefonaten sollten wir ein Taxi nehmen ? Wer bezahlt ? Keine Antwort vom Service Guy am Telefon. Dann kam ein Bus um 17:20 Uhr. Kein Hinweisschild am Bus? Nicht zu empfehlen! Mit dem Zug in Rom ist es wohl besser vom Airport aus zur City zu reisen...2 Sterne weil es irgendwie mit Hindernissen geklappt hat. Für den Preis von 74€ kann man mehr erwarten !
