Unverschämter Empfang am Schalter 17!!!
1. Flug hatte Verspätung
2. Unser Gepäck kam zum Schluss
3. Schalter zum ersten mal aufgesucht

Eine Dame fragte uns beim ankommen am Schalter wo wir
denn bleiben würden,wir hätten Glück das sie den Schalter noch nicht abgeschlossen hätte.Sie trat uns sehr genervt und unhöflich entgegen!!! Der Fahrer entschuldigte sich zwar später,aber wir werden uns in Zukunft einen anderen Transfer Shuttel Service aussuchen.

ich buche bereits seit vielen Jahren den Transferservice Mallorca und dieses mal mit den tollen Neuerungen... super!!!!! bin total begeistert !!!!

Alles gut
War eigentlich alles in Ordnung. Ankunft, haben wir am Palma Flughafen gefühlt 1h im Bus gewartet bis er "voll" war. Rückfahrt leicht verspätet, muffiger Bus. Aber ich will nicht kleinlich sein. Würde auf jeden Fall wieder buchen da.

zuverlässiger und kundennaher Transfer
pünktliche Abholung, sehr angenehme und kundenorientierte Fahrer.
Bei Rücktransfer gab es bei der Abholung eine Verzögerung. Die Firma und die Fahrer haben alles daran gesetzt, das Check-in am Flughafen noch rechtzeitig (ruhig und ohne Hektik und positiv gestimmt) zu schaffen.

Guter Preis aber unzuverlässig und mühsam
Der Transfer zum Hotel lief relativ problemlos, obwohl ich es schon grenzwertig finde, dass der Bus so gefüllt wurde , dass ein paar Gäste sogar standen. Für eine mehr als 1,5 h lange Fahrt nicht zu empfehlen. Rücktransfer sehr ärgerlich, da keine Info noch Email zur Verfügung stand wann Abholung erfolgen sollte. So waren wir die ganze Zeit angespannt, ob die Abholung auch klappen würde. Der Bus kam mit einer halben Stunde Verspätung. Der Busfahrer wirkte sehr unsicher und würgte mehrere Male den Bus ab. Er entschuldigte sich, dass es erst sein 2. mal mit so einem großem Bus war. Hat nicht zum Sicherheitsgefühl beigetragen. 2 Sterne gibt es nur deshalb weil der Preis echt unschlagbar ist.

Transfer von Palma nach Canyamel und zurück
Der Transfer dauerte viel zu lange da wir über Umwege noch sämtliche Hotels anfahren mussten.Ich kam durch den Transfer erst nach ca. 2 1/2 Std. mit meinen total übermüdeten Kindern an da unser Flug erst abends ging.Eigentlich dauert es mit dem Auto von Palma nach Canyamel ca. 50 Min.-1Std.Der Transfer dauerte länger als der Flug nach Mallorca.Auf der Rückfahrt zum Flughafen das Gleiche über vier Stunden vor dem Abflug schon vom Hotel abgeholt zu werden und wieder über Umwege zum Flughafen ist für Kinder und auch Erwachsene unzumutbar!!!!Wäre toll wenn man das mal ändern könnte denn der Transfer ist ein Stressfaktor im Urlaub!!!

Urlaubstransfer am 19.05.2016 und am 29.05.2016
Der Tansfer Antalya - Side - Antalya verlief sehr zufriedenstellend und fand ohne irgendwelche Beanstandungen statt. Das Fahrzeug war sauber und in einwandfreiem Zustand und der Fahrer super pünktlich. Der Transfer ist eine Weiterempfehlung wert.
