Hat geklappt
Lediglich bei der Abholung kam der Shuttle 50 Minuten später als angekündigt, was dann mehrere Telefonate und Stress verursacht hat.

Zuverlässiger, kostengünstiger Transfer
Ich interessierte mich für einen Transfer vom Flughafen Hurghada nach Marsa Alam. Meine Fragen dazu wurden bereits beim angebotenen Chat sofort und professionell beantwortet. Die Buchung und auch Änderungen dazu können auf sehr einfache Art vorgenommen werden. Vor Ort wurde ich dann überraschenderweise per PW abgeholt, da ich offenbar die einzige war, die zu diesem Zeitpunkt einen Transfer brauchte. Während der Fahrt fühlte ich mich jederzeit gut aufgehoben.
"urlaubstransfer" bietet ein tolles Peis-Leisungsverhältnis.
Ich werde bestimmt wieder dort buchen!

Rom-Shuttle-Flughafen-Hotel
Abholung am Flughafen hat perfekt geklappt, ebenso der Rücktransfer Hotel-Flughafen, freundliche/hilfsbereite Fahrer,
man fühlte sich im italienischen Straßenverkehr sicher,
Zeitliche Einteilung gut, sauberes Fahrzeug, ich buch wieder da

Ungewollte Inselrundfahrt inklusive
Die Fahrtzeit zum Hotel/ Flughafen wäre normal ca. eine Dreiviertelstunde gewesen. Auf dem Hinweg war die Fahrtzeit und die Anzahl der angefahren Hotels angemessen.
Auf dem Rückweg waren wir über 2 Stunden unterwegs & haben eine halbe Inselrundfahrt gemacht! Absolut unzumutbar!
Das nächste mal nehmen wir lieber ein Taxi!!

Transfer vom/zum Flughafen
Alles war sehr gut, ich bin sehr mit dem Service zufrieden. Ich habe den Bus leicht gefunden, weil direkt beim Ausgang der Schalter war, wo ich mich wegen dem Bus erkundigen konnte. Der Bus hat mich ohne Probleme zum Hotel gebracht. Jedoch gab's bei der Rückfahrt einige Probleme, die aber schnell gelöst wurden. Mein Hotel war in ein normales Hotel und ein Club unterteilt, die sind zwar nebeneinander, aber haben zwei verschiedene Eingänge. Und bei dem Transfer ist etwas schief gelaufen, da auf meinem Voucher Club stand und beim Transfer statt Club nur Hotel. Zum Glück war auf meinem Voucher die Einleitung, wie man wenn erreicht, falls keiner 24h vor dem Flug angerufen hat. An der Rezeption hat ein sehr netter Mann alles geklärt, und erklärt, dass es zwei verschiedene Hotels seien. Und am nächsten Tag wurde ich von dem richtig Hotel abgeholt und pünktlich zum Flughafen gebracht.

waren sehr zufrieden
wir haben diesen transfer schon mehrmals genutzt,und sind jedesmal zufrieden. Wir werden im August das wieder nutzen.Vor allem,weil man deutsch spricht an den zuständigen Schalter am Airport.
