the extra Mile ...
Ich lebe zur Zeit in den USA und hatte eine Menge Sonderwuensche. Die Nomos Weltzeit aber mit dem "alten" Heimataufdruck nicht dem Haussymbol. Lieferung an meinen Bruder in Deutschland , Rechnung an meine deutsche Heimataddresse - zeitnah damit er die Uhr mitbringen kann, wenn er uns besucht.
Herr Schütz hat sich um alles gekuemmert. Die "Heimat" besorgt, verpackt und verschickt und sichergestellt das die Ware auch wirklich gut angekommen ist. Ich kann WATCHfever nur empfehlen !

von der ersten Kontaktaufnahme bis zur Abwicklung des Kaufs, ein ausgezeichneter Service, wie man ihn heute nur noch selten findet. Sehr empfehlenswert, bei dem nächsten Kauf auch gerne wieder.

Ich habe meine erste Uhr bei Watchfever gekauft. Der Kauf ist der erste Kauf einer hochwertigen von mir gewesen und Herr Schütz ist auf alle meine Fragen eingegangen und hat mich sehr gut über die Uhr informiert. Der gesamte Ablauf vom ersten Telefonat bis zur Abholung war immer sehr professionell und zugleich locker. Man merkt deutlich, dass Herrn Schütz seine Arbeit viel Freude bereitet. Ich habe die Uhr persönlich bei Herrn Schütz abgeholt und er hat sich wieder viel Zeit für mich genommen. Vielen Dank für Ihre Zeit und für die vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit. Ich werde meine nächste Uhr wieder bei Watchfever kaufen.

Ordered a Nomos Orion 38 Date. The delivery time was quite long because of delivery issues at Nomos but Watchfever kept me up-to-date with the status of my order.
Good and fast communication and the watch was well packaged.

Schnell - freundlich - sympathisch
Mein erster Kauf bei Watchfever war ein durchaus angenehmes Einkaufserlebnis. Meine Fragen wurden am Telefon umfassend beantwortet und alles hat Herr Schütz in kurzer Zeit erledigt. Service wird hier groß geschrieben.
Bei der Abholung erwartete mich bereits ein frischer heißer Kaffee. Wünsche blieben absolut keine offen. Da hatte ich auch kein Bedürfnis, zu feilschen. Zudem war die TAG Heuer ohnehin sehr günstig.
Diesen Verkäufer kann ich nur dringend empfehlen, mein erster Kauf wird hier nicht mein letzter sein.
