Im B2B Bereich nehmen wir bei Umtausch in eine andere Größe / Modell innerhalb von 30 Tagen jeden Koffer unter Verrechnung des vollständigen Kaufpreises zurück. Bei Gutschrift für einen späteren Kauf wird bei einer Rückgabe ebenfalls der vollständige Betrag gutgeschrieben. Lediglich bei einer Rückgabe im B2B Bereich werden 15% des Warenwertes als Aufwandsentschädigung fällig. Wir arbeiten gerne und schnell und liefern punktgenau und pünktlich. Wir arbeiten lösungsorientiert, wenn etwas mal wieder erwarten nicht passen sollte. Wir übernehmen dabei allerdings nicht das unternehmerische Risiko von anderen Firmen.
