1. Den über den Warenkorb bestellten richtigen Artikel binnen eines Werktages geliefert.
2. Auf Rückmeldung des Kunden, dass der Artikel nicht mehr gewünscht wird, sofort reagiert und die Rückversandinformation zur Verfügung gestellt.
3. Aufgrund der Tatsache, dass das Bild im Shop aufgrund einer technischen Änderung des Herstellers nicht mehr aktuell war, zusätzlich und aus _Kulanz_ ein DHL Retourenlabel per e-Mail zur Verfügung gestellt.
4. Betrag für Bestellung und Hinversand in voller Höhe von EUR 18,92 am Tage des Einganges der Rücksendung erstattet.
Wir sind seit 1999 am Markt und haben bis dato mehr als 34.000 Kunden bedient. Die große Mehrzahl unserer Kunden hat keine Probleme die Abläufe zu verstehen und übernimmt die Verantwortung für das eigene umsichtige Handeln und verhält sich am Telefon freundlich und konstruktiv ;)
