Leider sind hier aufgrund einer Falsch-Konfiguration des Kunden, zwei Fix Verglasungen im Flügelrahmen bestellt und auch geliefert worden.
Laut Kunde sollten jedoch zwei Fix Verglasungen im Blendrahmen geliefert werden.
Selbstverständlich sind unsere Mitarbeiter darauf geschult, alle Bestellungen vor der Freigabe abzugleichen und bei Unklarheiten sofort mit dem Kunden Kontakt aufzunehmen.
Da hier jedoch die Konfiguration zu 100 % der Bestellung des Kunden übereinstimmte, war eine Fehlersuche unmöglich.
Auch bei einer nachträglichen Erläuterung zu seinem Fehler, zeigte der Kunde sich uneinsichtig. Es wurden ihm genau die Fenster, welche er angefragt und bestätigt hatte geliefert.
Wir bitten unsere Kunden daher vor Ihrer Bestellung eine kurze Prüfung Ihrer Anfrage vor zunehmen, ob deren Konfiguration auch wirklich so bestellt werden darf.
