Artikel plötzlich nicht mehr lieferbar
Ein Artikel war plötzlich nicht lieferbar, obwohl ich bestellen konnte . Ich wurde vorher nicht darüber informiert, erst bei der Lieferung war ich überrascht wo mein Artikel war und es stand da erst auf dem Lieferschein. Wegen den sehr hohen Versandkosten hatte ich nämlich extra noch weitere Artikel bestellt, ich hätte aber nie bestellt wenn es nicht den Artikel gegeben hätte der plötzlich nicht lieferbar war, da ich es dringend benötigt habe . Jetzt habe ich Sachen behalten wegen diesen Umständen des Rückversandes.
Ich hatte direkt eine Email geschrieben, das ich den Artikel aber unbedingt brauche und deswegen nur bestellt habe .
Keine Gutschein oder ähnliches bekommen, bin ziemlich enttäuscht und sauer gewesen. Mir wurde lediglich gesagt ich soll die komplette Lieferung zurücksenden dann werden die Versandkosten auch erstattet. Ich habe die Ware behalten weil ich keine Zeit hatte die Rücksendung vorzunehmen in so einem großen Karton. Echt traurig das man noch nicht mal einen Rabatt bekommt oder Ähnliches für Ihren Fehler die Artikel noch zum Bestellen aufzuführen diese aber nicht mehr auf Lager sind !!!

Wir bedauern, dass der gewünschte Artikel trotz der online angezeigten Artikellieferbarkeit nicht mehr verfügbar war. Dies kann in einzelnen Fällen geschehen, wenn über unterschiedliche Kommunikationskanäle (Internetshop, Telefon, schriftliche Bestellung) der Artikel bestellt wurde und er nur noch in geringfügiger Menge am Lager war. Uns ist es aus organisatorischen Gründen nicht immer möglich, diese Fälle abzufangen. Wir bitten um Ihr Verständnis.
