Alles perfekt.
Die Ware war perfekt verpackt. Trotzdem hatten wir drei kleine Beschädigungen von Waren.
Nach kostenloser Rücksendung der Ware wurde die Reklamation super schnell bearbeitet ohne Probleme.

Liebes Team von Franks Flechtwaren,
Ich bin wie immer super zufrieden mit der Ware von Ihnen. Leider war dieses Mal etwas beschädigt. Wir sind heute aus dem Urlaub gekommen und ich habe gleich das Paket geöffnet.
Leider war der Hirschkopf ( Kerzenhalter) beschädigt, ein Kerzenhalter abgebrochen. Die beschädigte Ware, sende ich morgen an Sie zurück. Der Rest ist wunderschön und wird behalten 😊 bei Bedarf habe ich Fotos gemacht. Sie gaben sehr, sehr hübsche Ware, werde wieder bestellen. Schneller Service 👍🏻
