2x unvollständige Lieferung
1. Lieferung: zwei Artikel nicht geliefert, einer nur teilweise-> auf Rechnung und Lieferschein waren die Sachen aber aufgeführt
Nach Anruf am 15.3. und Zusage, dass die fehlenden Positionen nachgeliefert werden.
Nachlieferung kam prompt einen Tag später am 16.03., jedoch fehlte wieder ein Teil, obwohl es auf Lieferschein und Rechnung aufgeführt waren.
Erneuter Anruf im Servicecenter und Verständigung darauf, dass kein drittes Paket versendet und der Gegenwert des Artikels vom Rechnungsbetrag abgezogen werden darf.

Wir bedauern wirklich sehr, dass bei Ihnen auch bei der Nachlieferung wieder ein Artikel gefehlt hat und möchten uns an dieser Stelle nochmal bei Ihnen dafür entschuldigen! Leider ist unserer Mitarbeiterin beim Sammeln des nachzuliefernden Artikels ein Fehler unterlaufen, sodass sie statt der gewünschten zwei Stücke nur eines zum Versand gebracht hat. Wir haben mit der Kollegin bereits gesprochen, sodass sie in Zukunft insbesondere bei Nachlieferungen verstärkt darauf achten kann, dass diese korrekt ausgeführt werden.

Wir wünschen Ihnen trotz der Fehlmengen-Lieferungen noch viel Freude mit den Artikeln.
