Fehlende Teile bei der Lieferung
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,
bei oben aufgeführter Lieferung fehlte ein Teil (LED-Kugel -Lichterzauber-) . Dieses war in der Rechnung, als auch im LIeferschein aufgeführt. Die größe des Kartons schließt aus, dass sich dieses fehlende Teil im Karton befinden konnte. Lieferung wurde als " in einer Lieferung" deklariert.
Eine Email und zwei Anrufe konnten nicht zur sofortigen Klärung führen. Man wollte sich bei mir melden! Dies ist bis jetzt nicht geschehen. Kein Anruf, keine Antwort auf meine Email! Sehr Schade, dass Kundenservice wohl kein Kriterium bei Frank-Flechtwaren ist!

Leider warte ich immer noch auf den Teil der Lieferung und auf irgend eine Reaktion der Firma.

Deshalb nur einen Stern.

Wir bedauern, dass Sie mit der Reklamation des fehlenden Artikels so viel Mühe hatten und möchten uns an dieser Stelle dafür entschuldigen. Wie telefonisch mit Ihnen besprochen, wurde nach interner Prüfung der Fehlmenge eine Ersatzlieferung veranlasst. Diese hat unser Haus am 26.11.2019 verlassen und müsste laut Sendungsverfolgung am 29.11.2019 bei Ihnen eingetroffen sein.

Wir hoffen, dass Sie nun viel Freude an dem Artikel haben werden.
