Käufer einer Laterne "Wood"

Laterne "Wood" groß
Ich habe die Laterne "Wood" groß gekauft, da ich Sie als Deko für ein Hochzeitsgeschenk passend fand.
Leider kam die Laterne mit zerbrochener Seitenscheibe bei mir an. Nach schriftlicher Reklamation wurde mir zwar umgehend eine Ersatzscheibe zugesandt, jedoch war diese Scheibe zu groß. Telefonisch reklamierte ich also auch diese Scheibe. Leider war der telefonische Kontakt alles andere als freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich wurde als zu blöd zum Scheibe einsetzen eingeschätzt. Es gab keine Entschuldigung für die Unannehmlichkeiten. Über dieses Telefonat habe ich mich sehr geärgert.
Obwohl mir dann doch noch die passende Scheibe geschickt wurde, werde ich nicht mehr bei Frank Flechtwaren einkaufen, das war mir dann doch zu viel Reklamation und Unfreundlichkeit für einen Artikel.

Bei dem Artikel sind 4 Scheiben eingesetzt die tatsächlich teilweise unterschiedlichen Größen haben, wir bedauern, dass Ihnen bei der ersten Sendung die falsche Scheibe zugeschickt würde. Glücklicherweise konnte dies im Nachhinein geklärt werden und Ihnen die richtige Scheibe zugesendet.
Dass, Sie mit unserem Kundendienst und den Verlauf der Reklamation nicht zufrieden waren nehmen wir uns zu Herzen und werden dies Intern unverzüglich klären.
An dieser Stelle möchten wir uns für die entstandenen Umständen entschuldigen und verbleiben.
