Die Amphoren, habe 2 Stück bestellt, sind auf meiner Terrasse ein schöner Blickfang.
Auch das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt. Ich bin mit dem Kauf u. prompter Lieferung sehr zufrieden.

Immer wieder gerne
Ich habe schon öfter etwas bestellt und war jedes mal wieder sehr zufrieden, ich musste noch nie etwas zurück senden, einen Wunsch hätte ich. .....Bitte etwas weniger Verpackung, der Gedanke dahinter sind auch unsere DHL Fahrer, aber sonst alles top.

Schnell, gute Qualität - allles top.
Verpackungsmittel könnten vielleicht mal überdacht werden. Sicher, die Ware hatte ein unglückliches Maß, aber der Karton war echt riesig und das Papier zum Ausfüllen echt heftig; Tonne war danach fast voll.

Wir bedauern, dass die Verpackung Ihrer Lieferung nicht zufriedenstellend war. Leider ist es uns bei manchen Lieferungen nicht möglich, kleinere Kartonagen auszuwählen, weil beispielsweise ein einzelner Artikel der Bestellung die Länge bzw. Höhe der Verpackung benötigt, dadurch muss der "leere" Rest mit Füllmaterial ausgestopft werden, um die einzelnen Artikel vor Transportschäden zu schützen. Dabei achten wir weitestgehend auf umweltfreundliche und wiederverwertbare Materialien.

Selbstverständlich werden wir Ihren Hinweis an unseren Versand weiterleiten, um künftig besser auf unsere Verpackung achten zu können.

Ansonsten wünschen wir Ihnen viel Freude mit den bestellten Artikeln.
