Grosse Auswahl!
Bin schon seit vielen Jahren Kunde und wurde immer sehr gut bedient.
Die super Auswahl macht das Einkaufen leicht. Die gleichbleibende Qualität ist ein grosses Plus.
Auch bei Reklamationen stand man mir freundlich und hilfsbereit zur Seite. Was allerdings in all den Jahren sehr selten vor kam.
Ich kann die Firma Frank nur bestens weiter empfehlen.

Gutes Angebot
Das Angebot bei Frank- Flechtwaren ist super, kann ich nur weiterempfehlen auch die Preise stimmen.
Leider gibt es einen Punkt Abzug für die Verpackung, denn die ist bissle dürftig. Ich hatte Sachen bestell die aus Glas waren und nicht sehr groß, jedoch leider kaputt ankamen. Man sollte grad Glasgegenstände richtig in Folie oder Papier verpacken, auch sind die Kartons wo die Ware geliefert wird riesig, man hat 2 kleine Gegenstände, aber der Karton ist extrem auch das Packpapier darin gibt keinen Schutz.
Vielleicht sollte man daran etwas ändern.

Ansonsten bin ich aber sehr zufrieden, auch die Kommunikation beim Kundenservice ist topp.
Ich werde immer wieder bestellen.

Ware war genau wie Beschrieben und auf den Bild

Reklamation,falls trotzdem mal während dem Postverand etwas kaputt geht, werden kulant geregelt und ersetzt.

Große Auswahl
Mir gefällt das sehr umfangreiche Angebot sehr gut. Für jeden Geschmack ist etwas dabei. Preis und Leistung passen wirklich sehr gut. Einzig der Versand hatte einen Mangel. Die Steinpilze aus Ton waren in der Verpackung zerbrochen und aus die Ubertöpfe aus Teracotta lagen komplett in Scherben. Hier wurde für mein Empfinden etwas am Verpackungsmaterial gespart. Habe die Töpfe retourniert und da man nur zwischen Gutschrift oder Nachsendung wählen konnte ....hoffe ich auf ein gut geschnürtes Paket.
