Lieferung war schnell.
Ware in einwandfreiem Zustand, und wie im Catalog beschrieben.
Viel besser geht nicht.

Ware immer super Lieferung immer überraschend prompt
Ich bin immer sehr zufrieden mit der Qualität der Ware, ich bestelle sehr viel und nur selten ging etwas zu Bruch, das ich mir immer selbst reparierte bzw. im Garten als Bruch integrieren konnte (Terracottaware) aber das ist immer so bei Postversand. Ich habe deswegen noch nie etwas urückgeschickt, denn da bin ich nicht so kleinlich. Abschliessend kann ich die Firma wärmstens empfehlen. Vorallem kann man sich (und das bitte weiterso praktizieren!!!) auf die Beschreibungen 100% verlassen, da weiß man wofür man das Geld ausgibt.

Einzig und allein ein Punkt findet meine Kritik die Versandpauschale von 9€, egal welche Höhe die Rg ausmacht, meine sind immer zwischen 300€ und 400€, da könnte sie sicherlich wegfallen oder als Bonus gutgeschrieben - ein Skonto ab ....€ etc. wäre sehr freundlich - was auch immer - ein wenig Anerkennung käme das gleich wenn man als Privatkundschaft so viel und oft bestellt, das und nur das ist der Grund warum 1 Stern fehlt.

Wäre schön wenn von der FIrma diesbezüglich eine positive Reaktion käme bitte weiterleiten!!!
