Sehr geehrtes Frank-Flechtwaren-Team,

ich war mit der letzten Bestellung bzw. Lieferung unzufrieden und zwar aus den folgenden 3 Aufzählungen:

1. Der Deko-Hänger "Farbspirale" war zwar gut verpackt, aber meine Meinung dazu ist, dass mir schon eine beschädigte Ware eingepackt wurde. Es sind etliche Dellen an den einzelnen runden Spiralen und die Farbe ist an zwei Stellen porös, so etwas kann nicht durch den Transport passieren.
2. Auch die Figur "Rotfuchs" hat am Fuß eine geöffnete Stelle, wenn ich die Figur in den Garten stelle und sie ist der Witterung ausgesetzt, quillt das Material auf.
3. Bei der Deko-Topfpflanze ist bereits eine Spitze an einem Blatt abgebrochen, außerdem ist das Material sehr schlecht, ich würde sagen eine mindere Qualität. Bei solchen Deko-Artikeln sollte man schon mehr auf eine bessere Qualität achten. Ich hätte auch bei einer besseren Ausführung gerne etwas mehr bezahlt.

Ich habe die beschädigten drei Artikel gestern zurückgeschickt und die Rechnungssumme für die beiden Artikel die ich behalten habe, von 40,95 € überwiesen.
