alles gut verpackt
Die bestellten Sachen kamen gut verpackt bei mir an. Leider dauert die Lieferung immer noch über eine Woche. Ansonsten ist alles gut.

Die Ware welche ich erhalten habe ist so wie auf der Abbildung im Katalog. Diese war auch sicher gegen Bruch verpackt.

Alles super gelaufen
Die Abwicklung verläuft immer schnell und problemlos. Auch der Versand ist immer sehr schnell. Die Ware ist einwandfrei und hochwertig. Sehr empfehlenswert. Sind schon seit Jahren sehr zufriedene Kunden und werden es bleiben.

Preis-Leistung absolut ok
Schnelle, unkomplizierte Lieferung. Die Verarbeitung nicht ganz top, aber zu dem Preis mehr als ok. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Sehr zufrieden außer mit den Versandkosten.
Bin immer sehr zufrieden ... !! Freu mich jedes Mal wenn ich bestelle. Tolle Qualität aber was ich etwas unverschämt finde. Die Versandkosten innerhalb Deutschlands. 6,95€ egal welchen Bestellwert. Find ich ehrlich gesagt schon teilweise „Wucher“.

Davon profitieren jeden Tag unzählige Käufer, die gleich mehrere Artikel aus unserem Sortiment bestellen, das mittlerweile über mehr als 2.000 Artikel umfasst. Unsere Wettbewerber schlagen im Gegensatz dazu die Versandkosten gleich auf den Artikelpreis. Dadurch können diese zwar beispielsweise einen kostenlosen Versand anbieten, aber schon bei Bestellung mehrerer Artikel zahlt man als Kunden mehr – nämlich versteckte Versandkosten auf jeden Artikel – und das finden wir unfair.

Immer wieder gern....
Ich bestelle schon seit vielen Jahren bei Frank-Flechtwaren. Die Qualität, der Service und auch der schnelle Versand überzeugen mich immer wieder auf's Neue......
Auch bei kleineren Problemen wurde mir hier einfach und schnell geholfen. Kann ich nur wärmstens empfehlen.
