Ware schön, Versandkosten zu hoch
Die bestellte Ware war bisher immer einwandfrei und schön.
Allerdings finde ich die Versandkosten viel zu hoch, auch im Vergleich zu mitbewerbern. Das hält mich davon ab, regelmäßig zu bestellen!

Davon profitieren jeden Tag unzählige Käufer, die gleich mehrere Artikel aus unserem Sortiment bestellen, das mittlerweile über mehr als 2.000 Artikel umfasst. Unsere Wettbewerber schlagen im Gegensatz dazu die Versandkosten gleich auf den Artikelpreis. Dadurch können diese zwar beispielsweise einen kostenlosen Versand anbieten, aber schon bei Bestellung mehrerer Artikel zahlen Sie als Kunden mehr – nämlich versteckte Versandkosten auf jeden Artikel – und das finden wir unfair.

Sehr zufrieden
Ich kaufe bereits seit Jahren bei Frank und war immer sehr zufrieden. Sollte mal ein Malheur passiert sein, wird total unbürokratisch verfahren und man bekommt anstandslos Ersatz. Waren werdenauch sehr gut verpackt.
