Ein Drittel der Ware war beschädigt bzw. nicht zu gebrauchen.

Habe es, wegen der Nachhaltigkeit, nicht getan.

vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback.

Wir bedauern sehr, dass die Ware durch den Transport beschädigt wurde und nicht in einem einwandfreien Zustand bei Ihnen ankam.
Unser Kundendienst ist angewiesen, so nachhaltig wie möglich bei Reklamationen /Retouren zu entscheiden. Da wir vor Ort die Möglichkeit haben, defekte Artikel bzw. Retouren ein „zweites Leben“ zu geben, wird je nach Umfang der Reklamation, mit Berücksichtigung der Kosten entschieden. In diesem Fall sah der Kundendienst die Verwertungsmöglichkeit und hatte deswegen um Retoure gebeten.
Wenn Sie sich doch noch entschließen sollten, die mangelhafte Ware retournieren zu wollen, können Sie diesbezüglich gerne unseren Kundenservice nochmal kontaktieren.
