Wir verstehen, dass Sie sich über den ramponierten Karton geärgert haben. Leider haben wir auf den DHL-Paketversand während des Transportes keinen direkten Einfluss. Glücklicherweise ist jedoch in Ihrem Fall die Ware nicht beschädigt worden!
Grundsätzlich müssen Sie beschädigt Pakete nicht annehmen bzw. können diese in Anwesenheit des Paketboten auspacken, um zu prüfen, ob die Ware durch den Transport Schaden genommen hat. Für einen beschädigten Inhalt, der nachweislich durch den Transport zustande gekommen ist, muss dann DHL selbst aufkommen.
Wir hoffen, dass Sie nichtsdestotrotz viel Freude an den Artikeln haben werden und dass bei Ihren künftigen Paketen der Paketversand zufriedenstellend verläuft!
