Ich war enttäuscht den die Ware kam kaputt an hab sie am nächsten Tag zurück geschickt, brauch auch keinen Umtausch.

Einwandfreie Ware, sehr gut verpackt
Die Ware war wie im Katalog abgebildet, alles sehr schön und so verpackt, dass nichts beschädigt werden konnte. Preis-Leistung sehr gut. Gerne wieder. :-)

Ich hatte mir online einen Katalog angefordert, der nie kam 😏 Dann habe ich online bestellt, der zugesagte Liefertermin wurde um einige Tage überschritten. Der Artikel, auf den ich mich am meisten gefreut hatte, wurde nicht mitgeliefert, auch stand keine Begründung dabei, warum oder dass der Artikel noch geliefert wird. In meiner Bestellung stand lieferbar 😏

Wir bedauern wirklich sehr, dass bei deiner Bestellung so viel schief gelaufen ist! Leider können wir bisher den Fehler bezüglich der Lieferangabe nicht nachvollziehen, aber wir bleiben selbstverständlich an der Sache dran, damit wir solche Fehler für die Zukunft abstellen können.

Leider sind die Kataloge für die Weihnachtssaison nun ausgegangen, aber wir haben dich für den neuen Frühjahrskatalog 2018 schon vorgemerkt!
