Im großen und ganzen bin ich mit den Produkten. zufreieden. Bei dem grßen Tannenbaum ist ein Holz gebrochen und wurde wieder verklebt. Hätte meiner Meinung nach B- Ware sein müssen.

Überraschend schnelle Lieferung
Ich war im großen und ganzen zufrieden. Der Grund, warum nur 4Sterne vergeben wurden, war die Verpackung. Die Ware wurde in einem riesigen Paket mit enorm viel Verpackungsmaterial verschickt. Es ist sicher wichtig, daß die Ware stoßsicher verpackt wird. In meinem Fall aber ist man da eindeutig über das Ziel hinausgeschossen. Ansonsten werde ich ganz sicher wieder bei Frank bestellen denn die Lieferung erfolgte sehr schnell.

Gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis
Ich bestelle immer mal wieder Dekoartikel und Tischläufer. Die Qualität ist durchweg immer sehr gut, bei einem wirklich günstigen Preis. Lieferung dauert, wie angekündigt immer so 5 Tage. Sollte einmal etwas während der Lieferung kaputt gegangen sein, ist der Umtausch vollkommen unproblematisch. Ich werde immer wieder bestellen.
