Genau so wie ich es erwartet habe
Die Kissen sind für meinen Wintergarten gedacht und passen hervorragend zu meinen braunen Möbeln. Die grüne Farbe wirkt sehr auffrischend und modern.

Die Feuerschale ist wie abgebildet in wunderschöner Rostoptik. Darf aber tatsächlich nur dort aufgestellt werden, wo es einem egal ist, wenn es Rostflecken geben kann.

Alles wie immer ok
Ich bin immer wieder begeistert wie schnell meine Bestellungen geliefert werden und ebenso über die tolle Qualität.Bis dato wurde ich noch nie enttäuscht. Einzig muss ich bemängeln das die Verpackung oft überdimensional ist.Weniger wäre da sicher ausreichend.

Zu viel Verpackung 😕
Die Artikel waren alle in Ordnung. Was mich stört, ist der riesige Karton. Dann noch Papier bis zum geht nicht mehr. Brauchte ewig, bis ich meine Bestellung auspacken könnte.

Wir bedauern sehr, dass Sie mit unserer Verpackungsweise nicht zufrieden waren. Leider ist es uns bei manchen Lieferungen nicht möglich, kleinere Kartonagen auszuwählen, weil ein einziger Artikel der Bestellung die Länge bzw. Höhe der Verpackung benötigt, dadurch muss der "leere" Rest mit Füllmaterial ausgestopft werden, um die einzelnen Artikel vor Transportschäden zu schützen. Dabei achten wir aber weitestgehend auf umweltfreundliche und wiederverwertbare Materialien.

Selbstverständlich werden wir Ihre Kritik an die entsprechende Abteilung weiterleiten, um künftig besser auf unsere Verpackung achten zu können. Dies ist allerdings ein längerer Prozess, der nicht sofort umgestellt werden kann. Daher hoffen wir auf Ihr Verständnis!

Nichtsdestotrotz hoffen wir, dass Sie an den gelieferten Artikeln Ihre Freude haben werden.
