NIRGENDS zu sehen dass Rücksendung "bei nicht gefallen" 16.00 € kostet...über 20% des Warenpreises

vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback.

Wir bedauern, dass die Farbausführung des bestellten Artikels nicht zufriedenstellend ausgefallen ist. Weder die Bezeichnung noch die Artikelbeschreibung lassen darauf schließen, dass es sich um ein "Apfelgrün" handelt. Die unterschiedlich wahrgenommene Farbe kann durch unterschiedlichen Lichteinfall beim Artikelbild oder gegebenenfalls Bildschirmeinstellungen des Endgerätes kommen. Wir bitten diesbezüglich um Verständnis.

Bezüglich Ihrer Rücksendekosten möchten wir auf unsere AGB's verweisen. Dort wird unter dem Punkt "Widerrufsrecht für Verbraucher" aufgeführt, dass Sie die unmittelbaren Kosten der Rücksendung der Ware tragen.
