Sehr zufrieden, jedoch .....
Bin sehr zufrieden mit den Artikeln, jedoch verschicken Sie diese in überdimensionaler Verpackung. Denken Sie doch mal an die Umwelt. Oder meinen Sie, dass weniger Retouren anfallen weil man diesen Riesenkarton nur lästig findet und nicht zur Post bringt?

Wir bedauern sehr, dass Sie mit unserer Verpackungsweise nicht zufrieden waren. Leider ist es uns bei manchen Lieferungen nicht möglich, kleinere Kartonagen auszuwählen, weil ein einziger Artikel der Bestellung die Länge bzw. Höhe der Verpackung benötigt, dadurch muss der "leere" Rest mit Füllmaterial ausgestopft werden, um die einzelnen Artikel vor Transportschäden zu schützen. Dabei achten wir aber weitestgehend auf umweltfreundliche und wiederverwertbare Materialien.

Selbstverständlich werden wir Ihre Kritik an die entsprechende Abteilung weiterleiten, um künftig besser auf unsere Verpackung achten zu können.

Nichtsdestotrotz hoffen wir, dass Sie mit den gelieferten Artikeln Ihre Freude haben.
