Artikel nicht wie abgebildet.
Art. Nr. 334105 Leuchtstern ist total kitschig. Der ganze Glitzerzauber ist im Katalog nicht zu sehen. Bei Berührung glitzert man überall. War auf der Abbildung anscheinend beleuchtet fotografier, daher völlig andere Optik. Kann man nur in den Hinterhof stellen.
Art. NR. 224900 "Woody" ist sein Geld nicht wert. Schlecht angemaltes Holz im unteren Bereich. Oben herum unedel und fleckig, könnte in einem Kindergarten gefertigt worden sein.
Es war das 1. mal, dass Artikel nicht gefallen haben.
Meine Mitbestellerinnen waren enttäuscht.

Defekter Artikel unter 10€ wird nicht ersetzt
Ich habe zum ersten Mal bei Frank flechtwaren bestellt. Leider war beim Auspacken ein Artikel (Kerzenhalter Geweih) gebrochen.Der Wert des Artikels beträgt 9,95€ - einen Anspruch auf Ersatz gibt es leider erst ab 10 Euro. Ansonsten zufrieden. Dennoch sehr ärgerlich.
