Die Ware ist super. Sehr viel Auswahl! Immer wieder was neues. Tolle Schnäppchen sind auch dabei. Ware kommt schnell , sehr gut verpackt, bei Anfragen kommt sehr schnell eine Rückmeldung!

Die Waren von Frankflechtwaren sind sehr gut verarbeitet. Halten was die Bilder versprechen. Alles ist gut verpackt!
Immer wieder (leider ;-) )gern!

Unzufrieden
Leider ist ein Teil der Ware beschädigt ( Weihnachtskugeln) und die Dekoware schlecht verarbeitet. Für die zerbrochenen Kugeln gab es zwar eine geringe Gutschrift, doch die anderen sind durch die Scherben ebenfalls in Mitleidenschaft gezogen, dafür gab es nichts. Das Dekobündel steht nicht gab auch eine Gutschrift, muss allerdings entsorgt werden. Die Erreichbarkeit lässt zu wünschen übrig sowie die Freundlichkeit. Bin sehr enttäuscht. Die beschädigten Artikel wollte ich bei der Reklamation neu bestellen, Fehlanzeige, muss ganz neu wieder mit Versandkosten bestellt werden. Der Service ist nicht in Ordnung, ich kann nichts dafür wenn die Waren nicht mängelfrei ankommen und soll im Grunde die Gutschrift neu als Versandkosten investieren. Würde mir ein entgegenkommen wünschen. Für drei oder vier Teile erneut die Versandkosten zahlen lohnt sich kaum. Wir haben uns extra zusammen getan um die Kosten zu teilen.
